Often times I have repeat to myself "think simple, do it simple."
As a photographer there could be many props, backgrounds, lights, poses, etc. I could use, but I love simplicity. Sometimes there are things that I must have and use in a session, but if there's no need to have it I don't use it.
My favorite part of a session is when I get to capture a moment that was not planned, to me those are the best photographs. I could bring to a session ideas of different poses I have seen, but guess what? even when I prepare the model, the pose never comes out the same. Each family, every child, each person has different personalities that allows them to bring out a unique way to pose to the camera. From this point I call some of those photographs, art.
In these photos you see, I have the best model I could ever ask for :D Yes, I am being bias, she is my daughter. :D These poses I captured are poses she came up with herself.
She is one of my true inspirations because all of this started by thinking on her.
I hope you like this new post and that you find it interesting and helpful.
A few words at a time.
